    I loved this place so much. I messaged them on instagram and they confirmed that they are permanently closed. I will really miss the loaded Mac and cheese potato. I hope they open up again eventually, so sad!

    Here's an excellent spot for all you people that love mac and cheese. I'm not kidding, EVERY food item here includes mac and cheese, hence why it's called The Mac & Grill Cheese Factory. It's kinda like Macaroni Grill, but a lot better. They are very easy to find, literally you cannot miss them. They are right on the corner of Warm Springs and Julia next to Starbucks, with their red, yellow, and orange colors all over on the outside, including on the inside. It wasn't busy at all - it was just us and one other family inside. While we were waiting in line, we were given a menu pamphlet to look over. What looked really good to us was the BBQ Brisket Mac & Cheese, which we got for the both of us. I think this is one of the best mac and cheese places that I've ever visited. My boyfriend commented that the brisket included on top was super delicious, including the BBQ sauce that came with it. While portions were small, it still made us full and we ended up having them as leftovers for lunch the next day. Equally, I think there were plenty of BBQ brisket pieces and mac and cheese for us to eat, despite it being small. Service was great and it didn't take too long for our order to come out, but the cashiers were having problems with processing credit card payments, which included the family in front of us. They eventually figured it out, but we weren't able to pay for our food until after it came out, which was a first for us. It's nice to have a great neighborhood mac and cheese joint fairly close to me. Will definitely have to come back to try their other mac and cheese items.

    Great place to bring kiddos with an unrefined palate! They will absolutely love it and the quirky menu. Overall service was good. Young man at counter was very accommodating and welcoming. The ambiance, is, well, .... Strange??? I can't explain it. You just gotta go see. The food for adults is pretty simple. I guess I went there looking for a more grown up flair and the food just didn't really make it. We had the Steak Mac and Cheese and Buffalo Chicken Melt. Both were perfectly fine and had no major problems. Overall value was a little disappointing. It was good, just not $40 for 2 people good.definitely not "drive from Mts. Edge" good. It is a nice family running it, and i hope they can make a few tweaks and keep it up and running. Seriously though, take your kids there for a Saturday afternoon lunch or dinner treat, they will love it!

    We came here to try a new place with our kids. It's a small fast food restaurant where you order at the counter and then they bring the food to your table. Super casual. I ordered the lobster melt. It was good but not great. The kids. ordered chicken fingers and chicken wings. Considering this place is. called the Mac & Grill Cheese Factory we had to try the mac & cheese. If was also good but not amazing. Good if you have a mac & cheese craving. The one thing we ordered that we didn't get a picture of was their loaded baked potato. Now that was the best thing we tried. We ordered it to go. Delish!
